Quest Group is actively recruiting for a detail-oriented and strategic Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our clients Commercial / Retail real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of properties, focusing on maximizing asset value, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
Oversee the performance of a multi-family real estate portfolio, ensuring assets meet financial and operational benchmarks.
Manager retail leases, lease reconciliations and negotiations
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE
Conduct regular property performance reviews, including financial analysis, occupancy trends, and market positioning.
Develop and implement asset-specific business plans to optimize property value.
Coordinate with 3rd party property Management
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular performance updates to senior management and investors.
Strategic Operations
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company standards.
Evaluate and recommend strategies for rent increases, cost control, and capital improvements.
Manage lease negotiations and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and income stability.
Market Research and Benchmarking
Stay updated on market trends, competitive properties, and regulatory changes affecting multi-family real estate.
Conduct market analyses to support acquisition and disposition decisions.
Lead efforts to execute value-add strategies, including renovations and repositioning projects.
Monitor capital expenditures to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with property performance, market changes, and tenant issues.
Ensure properties comply with legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or related certifications (e.g., CPM, CCIM) preferred.
4-5 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate development, with a focus on multi-family properties.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis.
Familiarity with property management software and tools (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to enhance asset value.
