Join a National civil litigation firm in their Houston office, which consists of a team of 9 attorneys, 3 paralegals, 1 legal secretary, 1 docket clerk, and 1 billing specialist. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with experience in litigation and insurance defense to support their growing team. T
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support for litigation and insurance defense cases.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining files, organizing exhibits, and preparing discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and gather case information.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to meet case deadlines.
- Manage calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties as needed.
Qualifications :
Hybrid Schedule : Eligible for 1 day remote work per week after 90 days.
