Quest Group is looking for someone in entry-level IT who can work with our highly respected client on their project in terms of data entry components.
They will handle the settings configuration of each location and machine our techs install as well as some basic device firmware upgrades.
This candidate would work out of the Morrow warehouse daily.
This candidate would be assigned the following duties :
- Prepare Locations in Axes Portal
- Site Settings Configuration
- Location Settings Configuration
- POS Settings Configuration
- Prepare Axes Hardware
- Flash Axes Boxes with Correct Firmware
- Activate Axes Display Screens with Axes Manager Application
- Prime Location Player Cards
- Monitor Network and Axes Hardware Device Status
- Sign Off on Axes Install Kit Checklist
- Monitor Location Install Status and Update Project Board
