What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager (IDD) position at Quest Homes?
Our company services the intellectual or developmental disability community in a residential group home setting.We are committed to providing them with love and fun daily. We would like to take our time and find the right person for this position as they will work one on one with all our consumers and employees to provide the best and safest environment for them.
Performs a variety of administrative functions and homes supervision. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation for our consumers. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, and handles multiple projects. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision and independently at times. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager of all day to day information, so communication is key here. High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
