Who are you?
An individual interested in obtaining a Registered Behavior Technician certification who is looking to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities:
- Collect data for each child’s performance daily, both acceleration and deceleration
- Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned – schedule changes daily
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids’ therapy rooms
- Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs
- Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver
- Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies daily
- Graph all data as assigned
- Assist in designing data sheets and graphs
- Provide input for programmatic decisions
- Attend all weekly staff meetings
- Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to behavioral programming and to Quest’s personnel policies
- Perform other duties as required
- Adheres to all Quest’s policies and procedures
- 18 years of age or older required.
- High School Diploma required
- A.A./60 credits of general studies towards degree in Psychology or related field (preferred)
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred
