Responsibilities

  • Confer with senior leadership to identify hiring needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Processes and maintain accuracy of all job openings
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the absolute best candidate
  • Prescreens candidates via phone and interview applicants
  • Create and present prescreening questions to management for collaboration and review
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • May manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for positions
  • Coordinates appropriate employment testing
  • Extends verbal and written contingent job offers
  • Completes weekly report on employment activity
  • Compose and present Offer Letter for each filled position
  • Seeks out new and creative ideas to proactively attract candidates through social media posts, resume mining, outreach efforts, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, special recruiting events, and other position advertising methods
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including online recruiting resources contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Create and foster relationships with educational institutions and diverse professional organizations/associations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates; conduct on-campus interviews
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3-4 years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment required
  • Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
  • Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
  • Extensive experience with Internet recruiting, interviewing, and selection
  • Understanding of applicable employment related laws and regulations
  • Experience in serving high volume, multiple locations
  • Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications, and email
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • SPHR/PHR certification preferred
  • Operate various MS software
  • Be part of an effective team
  • Effectively communicate; verbally and written
  • Operate copy machine and other office equipment
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workflow
  • Learn new tasks quickly and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Problem-solve effectively
  • Be innovative and creative
