General Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration and
processing for the training department, to include but not limited to
invoicing, work records, personnel files and associated documents. This
position will perform general office work and clerical duties at staff levels
and is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Organization’s
training database.
Essential Job Functions
· Maintains a safe,
secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and
quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others
regarding potential hazards or concern
· Adheres to and is
a champion of TEAM’s Core Values
· Reviews,
maintains and organizes training files under operations jurisdiction for
accuracy and completeness
· Processes all
training requests as well as amendments, cancellations, and deletions;
maintains corresponding tracking logs
· Performs
administrative activities for the training function including, but not limited
to, data entry of time and expenses within systems for training classes, set up
of the training facility, and documenting training costs
· Assists with the
development of CBT training for all service lines
· Formats and
maintains training materials and resources
· Supports the
timely resolution of errors and discrepancies to minimize operational fil
problems
· Distributes
financial and statistical data to appropriate managers as required
· Handles incoming
calls by referring to appropriate personnel or by direct handling
· Other duties as
assigned
Job Qualifications
· High school
diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Experience using
Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP system preferred
· Must possess a
valid driver’s license
Work Conditions
· Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
· Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to
5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be
available during the core work hours of 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Physical and Mental Requirements
· Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
· Sufficient
clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or
