Questx is currently seeking Roadside Dispatchers at our 7900 W. Sunset Road, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89113 Location!
We are seeking candidates who will assist Questx in providing exceptional customer service for 150 Insurance Agencies located throughout the United States and Canada, by assisting their Insured Clients with Roadside Assistance 24/7. Dispatchers use their knowledge of company services, policies and policy options to assist callers with Roadside Assistance. Dispatchers speak with customers, listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, verify information in policy and dispatch services as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from stranded motorists and accurately gathering and verifying all necessary information and explaining possible solutions.
- Ensuring that customers feel supported and valued and receive prompt, top-rated customer service.
- Document location of vehicle, reason for impound, and calculate total fees due to secure the vehicle.
- Secure payment when needed.
- Engaging in active listening with callers.
- Timely and cost effectively direct and dispatch tow trucks while providing our customers with the best possible service.
- Positive and professional demeanor, including resolving conflicts professionally.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Taking part in uptraining and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail is a must.
- Take pride in a job well done.
Dispatcher Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience. (Preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong professional phone voice, contact handling skills and active listening.
- Understanding of company services and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills. (Preferred)
- Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Courteous and positive attitude.
- Understanding how to use Google Maps is a plus.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Willing to work past shift time or come in early when call volume dictates the need.
