Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Manage and monitor IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory.
- Utilize AutoTask and Datto for ticketing, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests.
- Support and administer Microsoft M365, Intune, and Windows Hello.
- Assist with the deployment and management of MDM systems, including JAMF and Maas360.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT processes and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Technician at an MSP.
- Proficiency in AutoTask, Datto, Microsoft M365, Intune, and Windows Hello.
- Experience with MDM systems such as JAMF and Maas360 is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Salary range: $41,000 - $45,000
