Position Overview:
We are hiring responsible, caring drivers to transport individuals with disabilities to and from day programs or job sites. This is a meaningful role where you’ll play a key part in supporting those who depend on reliable transportation every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles on assigned routes
- Provide friendly, respectful service to all passengers
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle if needed
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules or concerns
- Complete vehicle safety checks and keep your vehicle clean
Qualifications:
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must obtain a Vendor Driver Data Profile (VDDP) — we will help you get one if you don’t already have it
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified (we can help)
- Must be available for early morning and afternoon shifts (split shift)
