General Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety measures are met up to provide a safe work zone, this includes putting out safety signage, safety cones around roadside vehicles and trailers and ensuring all crews are always wearing PPE.
- Communicate the scope of work and delegate the crew so that everyone works in tandem to complete the job safely and to customer standard.
- Oversee crew to ensure any task assigned is being completed safely, in a timely manner and meets standard.
- Provide training to crew when necessary to ensure the tasks are completed safely and correctly.
- Time management of each job to ensure daily production is met.
- Communicate with your Field Supervisor & Manager any issues that arise, and when work is completed.
- Take pictures of the job with the Company Cam app. Tag the pictures with the task ID number that is indicated on the Crew PO.
- Check the quality of the work completed and make sure it is always to customer standards.
- Make sure pictures taken of final product are showing a completed quality pic for submission to customer.
- Ability to read and decipher prints to execute job scope accurately.
- Operate equipment based on specific trade for aerial / underground.

- Ability to perform work on active jobsite in safe, proficient manner required
- Ability to represent LJA and its clients in a professional manner at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
