Questpro is partnered with an A-rated P&C carrier searching for a Claims Supervisor for their DFW operations. This key position will serve as a technical resource for experienced staff as well as training and onboarding of new hires. Working closely with agency partners, underwriting, loss control, and claims in high hazard industries space, this role will work on interesting, coverage-intensive claims with plenty of opportunity for impact!

- 5 years of multi-line claims handling (P&C w/ general liability as a must)
- Previous team lead, training, or supervisory experience is preferred
- Passion for developing adjusters
- Bachelor's Degree and industry designations (AIC, CPCU, ARM) preferred.
