We’re looking for our next Administrator, Account Transfers. Could It Be You?
The purpose of the Administrator, Account Transfers is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Broker to Broker account transfers, as requested by Questrade clients.
The Administrator is responsible for managing Broker to Broker account transfers workflows, in order to move assets between Questrade and other Financial institutions. They will collaborate and communicate internally and externally to deliver fast, efficient and accurate details on account transfers, while ensuring regulatory compliance standards are maintained.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process ATON or Manual account transfers in and out requests, according to service level agreements, regulatory requirements and Questrades policies
Review and distribute incoming transfers documents and other material to coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
Prepare, edit and proofread correspondences and transfer related documents
Attend to phone, fax and email inquiries related to account transfers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties
Track transfer status and follow-up on initiated transfers
Work collaboratively in a team and keep team leaders informed
Compile and organize reports to support operational transfer activities
Maintain automated filing system to add transfer data to internal databases
Assist in creating and maintaining transfers department procedures
Ensure departmental policies and procedures are complied with
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
So are YOU our next Administrator, Account Transfers? You are if you…
Are a College or University graduate or equivalent (preferably in administration and/or finance area)
Have 1 years of relevant work experience preferred, ideally in the financial services industry
Have knowledge of G-Suite is preferred, especially Google Sheets
Have excellent communication skills
Have a positive attitude and strong client orientation
Have strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Have high level of attention to detail
Have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Have curiosity to learn and understand why and how
Have the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
Additional kudos if you…
Have experience working in operations or account transfers department
Have experience with ATON and non-ATON account transfers
Have completed theCanadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Code of Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
Have experience using Broadridge BPS (preferred)
