In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design Leadership: Own and execute end-to-end design processes for projects, from discovery and concept development to final delivery.
User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to uncover insights that inform design decisions and improve usability.
Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and create impactful solutions.
Prototype Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively and gather feedback.
Guideline Adherence: Ensure designs align with established design guidelines, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
Innovation: Contribute to ideating and envisioning new product experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
Feedback and Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback to peers and support junior designers in honing their skills.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and testing to refine and optimize designs.

Experience: 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
Research Expertise: Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and data interpretation.
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and solutions clearly.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and strategically while maintaining a user-first mindset.
