Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and construction sites. The Electrician will work with both high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics and the ability to use various tools and equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as ammeters and voltmeters to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to build electrical systems according to project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician in residential or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety practices.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, testing equipment, and interpreting schematics.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
