General Carpentry

Duties

• Commercial remodel experience required.
• Basic framing, barricades, scaffolding, carpentry knowledge, experience and hand tools required. Must be reliable and demonstrate can be a field crew leader.
• Painting, patching--with some finish work--Level 3-4 minimum
• Drywall framing, metal studs
• Metal Door and hardware, window demolition and installation
• Good communication and trustworthy is critical.
• Some local access to Company trucks--but own reliable vehicle is required
• Must be able to work on ladders, carry up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb flights of stairs, kneel or stand for long periods of time, and work off of scaffolding

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 56 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
