We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The Fitter will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate assembly and installation of piping systems.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble and install piping systems.
- Perform fire sprinkler fitting tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations during installation.
- Execute welding tasks as needed to secure fittings and connections.
- Conduct tube bending operations to create custom piping solutions.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to integrate systems effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire sprinkler fitting or related mechanical fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex schematics.
- Proficiency in soldering and welding techniques.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
