Job Description:
Subject Matter Expert
MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to apply for opportunity. Only those with a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance will be considered.
(U) Operate and maintain the Sponsor’s bespoke network infrastructure as required within the scope of this effort.
(U) Maintain, including any and all required approvals, for the Sponsor’s bespoke operational networks.
(U) Ensure bespoke networks are A&A assessed via the Sponsor’s approved methods no later than every 24 months.
(U) Develop and execute a response plan, with Sponsor coordination, to any findings from assessments.
(U) Coordinate stakeholder engagements, such as user requirements sessions.
(U) Implement changes and deliver development requirements as requested by Sponsor.
(U) Document on Sponsor’s systems and, when and where possible, collaborate on, third-party technical and communications solutions under Sponsor review, and to validate the Sponsor’s requirements
(U) Ensure proper review and approval of all (proprietary, third party, or otherwise) technical and communications solutions via Sponsor’s approved methods and by various governance bodies.
(U) Take ownership to deploy and operate and maintain Sponsor-approved third party technical and communications solutions.
(U) Conduct routine analysis on all-source information and environmental of topical interest to Sponsor.
(U) Perform due diligence research on any and all technology products and companies with which the Sponsor uses in solutions or conducts business with.
Required Experience:
(U) Demonstrated experience deploying and administering in all environments (i.e, Linux, Cloud, Windows)
(U) Demonstrated experience with networking fundamentals, operations, and maintenance.
(U) Demonstrated experience with Linux system administration, to include scripting and automation technologies.
(U) Demonstrated experience with network monitoring, including the use of Packet-Capture and log review.
(U) Demonstrated experience developing, testing, analyzing, and using bespoke technical solutions.
(U) Demonstrated experience with virtualization technologies, including oVirt and Open vSwitch.
(U) Demonstrated experience with a multitude of shielded and unshielded cryptocurrencies.
(U) Demonstrated experience with ICD 503 process and obtaining Approval-To-Operate.
(U)Demonstrated experience building, operating and maintaining, “Zero Trust” Architectures and Networks.
(U) Demonstrated experience with Bespoke Operational Procurement.
(U) Demonstrated experience with User enrollment and training.
