Weatherization Crew Lead

MUST BE LOCATED IN VA

Quick AC Quote is a growing company, and our Weatherization department is seeking a lead insulation/weatherization technician to perform primarily insulation in attics/crawlspaces, bath fans, air sealing, duct sealing, weather stripping, etc. Our focus is making homes as efficient as possible.

Requirements:

-Experience in weatherization work required – SIGN ON BONUS available for experienced weatherization technician with certifications like RIT, Crew Leader, Blower Door Testing and familiarity with SWS standards.

-Valid driver's license, with a good driving record - required

-EPA certification - preferred

-RIT, SWS, Lead Safety, OSHA 10 - preferred

-Willingness to travel to job sites on a weekly basis

-Good communication and customer service skills

-Ability to lift heavy equipment and in various weather conditions
