Job Description:Wildwood Small Engine Repair is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Small Engine Repair Technician to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This role is essential for diagnosing and repairing a diverse range of small engines, including ATVs, snow blowers, riding mowers, and commercial-grade equipment. Responsibilities:

• Small Engine Repairs: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of small engines.
• Carburetor Replacement: Specialize in carburetor replacement to ensure optimal engine performance and efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance procedures to improve the longevity and functionality of small engines.
• Technical Background: Candidates should have a solid background in small engine repair with hands-on experience.
• Motivation and Independence: Work independently with a high level of motivation and responsibility.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service, communicate clearly with customers about services and timelines, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Reliability and Timeliness: Adhere to schedules, complete repairs promptly, and communicate delays effectively.
• Quality Workmanship: Ensure high standards in all repairs and conduct thorough testing post-repair.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Documentation and Follow-up: Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

• Own Tools and Vehicle: Must possess a personal set of tools and a reliable vehicle to travel to various job locations.
• Liability Insurance: Required to carry liability insurance.
• Tax Responsibilities: Responsible for their own tax obligations.
• Commission-Based Pay: Compensation is commission-based, calculated on completed jobs and customer satisfaction. Our structure allows technicians to benefit directly from their performance and dedication.

Pay: $36.71 - $100.15 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
