Job Description:
QBF (Quick Business Funder) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue-Based Finance Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing flexible and customized financing options that suit the cash flow and growth potential of each business we support. As a Revenue-Based Finance Manager, you will help businesses convert their future Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) into upfront growth capital, ensuring that funding scales are in alignment with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Work closely with small businesses owners to understand their financing needs and growth potential.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments to determine the suitable amount of funding based on each business's ARR and growth projections.
Customized Financing Solutions: Develop and present tailored revenue-based financing options that align with the cash flow and growth trajectory of each client.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and engagement throughout their financing process.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and developments in revenue-based financing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with financing agreements, ensuring sound financial practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, finance and accounting teams to embed revenue-based finance practices and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
· 2 years’ experience in the Revenue Based Financing industry preferred
· Strong understanding of revenue-based financing and its applications.
· Experience in financial analysis, funding solutions, or a similar role.
· Ability to translate financial data into actionable sales insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of integrity and professional ethics.
· Proficiency in financial software and tools.
