Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve patient satisfaction and relationship.
- Obtain patient vitals, medical histories, medication lists, and surgical history.
- Prepare patient electronic charts.
- Maintain stock of medication and medical supplies.
- Practice safety, environmental, and infection control methods.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment including the lobby, patient restrooms, and patient exam rooms.
- Any additional duties assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medication Technician Degree Preferred Or Medical Assistant program graduate or 1-year prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- CPR or BLS certificate
- Medical terminology
- eClinicalWorks experience (preferred)

Schedule
Quick Care Med offers a flexible schedule allowing a great work/life balance. The schedule is 3 12-hour shifts (8:30 am – 8:30 pm) alternating weekends. Quick Care Med is open 7 days a week.
Working Conditions:
This position reports to the Quick Care Med Office Manager. This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday work. This position requires many hours in a sitting or standing position. This position may require travel to various office locations. Quick Care Med is a COVID testing and treatment site. Flexible schedule.
