We are currently looking for a talented General Manager that will contribute to our culture of great wings and fun as we grow our footprint in the Toledo market.
Roosters has enjoyed success for over 40 years in Columbus Ohio as well as southern Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. We opened our first Toledo, OH store in the fall of 2022 and are set for our 2nd location in the fall of 2025!
As a General Manager will have responsibility for ensuring great service and hospitality to our guests. Your attention to detail, great training and great employee relations skills will be paramount to your success
Responsibilities and Duties
-Provide leadership to the restaurants managers and staff members
-Ensure the best possible guest service through excellent training and coaching
-Maintain equipment and facilities as requested.
-Complete daily checklists to ensure the quality of products and cleanliness standards are met
-Carry out Training programs for dining room staff
-Complete inventories as requested
-Perform scheduling of staff
-Assist management team in meeting goals and timelines
-Report to the Area Manager and VP Operations as requested
-Meet Goals and Plans as directed
Qualifications and Skills
-Minimum of 2 years in a SALARIED manager position in a Full Service restaurant
-High energy level with a can do attitude as well as a motivated attitude to be the best possible restaurant in town
-Strong leadership skills displaying passion and a common sense approach towards performing your role
-Served in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
-Proven track record in maintaining cost controls and quality standards
-Must believe in training and coaching for on going success
-Experience in ordering of food and supplies using pars
-Ability and experience in working in a 150 seat restaurant handling high sales volumes

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Must have open availability including weekends and some holidays. 8-10 hour shifts, 45-50 hours per week on average.
