Quick Color Solutions, Inc., a leader in the printing industry and a Triad area-based commercial printing, apparel and promotional products company, is looking for an energetic Production Manager to manage its 8-5 M-F production operation and daily workflow planning, leading the production staff, overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring consistent high quality of all printed and branded products, and on-time delivery within budget and customer expectations. Quick Color Solutions is a rapidly growing company that specializes in quick turnaround commercial printing projects such as signage, banners, training manuals, folders, labels, business cards and more. Over the last 10 years, the company has expanded into promotional products, fulfillment solutions, and customized branded apparel and has successfully grown these two additional divisions. This individual will oversee the production of all products across all divisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of production management experience, a can-do attitude, understand both digital and small-format offset printing processes, wide format printing, graphic finishing, have the ability to work on multiple tasks, reprioritize and continually shuffle projects as they come in and have relevant experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their managerial experience and knowledge of the printing industry. Bonus would be someone who has experience in the decorating apparel arena as well as promotional products knowledge.

Compensation and benefit: Initial salary range (based on candidate’s experience and aptitude will be $55-$70K/year plus company-funded health insurance, paid holidays, vacation and personal time and 401K retirement plan with company match.
