What We Need: We are seeking a talented and driven Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting our growth across the Pacific Northwest. This position will work closely with various departments, serving as a key financial partner and advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, performance management, and strategic planning, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Support: Provide overall financial support to drive Quick Dry's growth and maturity.
- FP&A: Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Accounting: Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, manage the ERP system, lead bookkeeping activities, oversee local controlling, and handle payroll functions.
- Treasury: Assist with cash and expense management.
- Collaboration: Interface with the Billing & Collections department to ensure smooth operations.
- Regional Growth: Drive financial growth and operational efficiency across the Pacific Northwest Region.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master's/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience, with a combination of finance and accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Financial Management Systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance management.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
- Accounting experience is required; CPA is not mandatory.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $130,000 with additional performance incentive opportunity. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
This role is located in our Nampa, Idaho location and will require occasional travel throughout the region.
