What We Need:
We are seeking a talented and driven Weekend Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service during weekend hours. This position will oversee weekend operations, manage on-call staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage all weekend operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate on-call technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and manage emergency response situations, ensuring timely and effective action.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Manage technician scheduling and dispatch, optimizing resource allocation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on weekend activities.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work performed meets Quick Dry's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
