Job Title: B2B Sales and Marketing Representative

Position Summary:
The B2B Sales and Marketing Representative (North Seattle) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in North Seattle and the surrounding North Puget Sound region. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for North Seattle and the North Puget Sound region, focusing on building relationships with key referral sources such as plumbing companies, insurance agents, property management companies, and real estate professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist with other sales and business development responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.

  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Strong Networking Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Knowledge of the Restoration Industry: Familiarity with restoration services and the insurance claims process is a plus.
  • Territory Management: Ability to effectively manage and grow a designated territory.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: Ability to work and integrate well with the Quick Dry team, our customers, and players to achieve our common goals. Is coachable and takes constructive feedback with a growth mindset.

Total Rewards:
Quick Dry Restoration offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary commensurate with experience and a performance-based bonus structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401k with a generous company match.

Total Compensation up to $110,000 based on performance & sales commissions.

Location:
This role is based out of our Mukilteo, WA office, with a focus on North Seattle and the North Puget Sound region.
