Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
- Supervise and train team members in food management practices, bartending techniques, and culinary skills.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards and presentation.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in sales and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Truck stop/Gas Station and or convenience store management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
