We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement & Innovation to join our team. This role will support the optimization of operational processes, increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency within all QuickBox current and future locations across the country. The ideal candidate will utilize engineering principles, data analysis, and lean methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives aimed at increasing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities :
Process Analysis & Improvement :
- Analyze existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and increase quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.
Project Management :
Lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to timelines and budgets.Monitor the progress of improvement projects and report on results, adjusting strategies as needed.Data Analysis & Reporting :
Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement.Utilize statistical tools to drive decision-making and validate the impact of process changes.Prepare detailed reports on process improvements and their impact on productivity, cost savings, and quality.Training & Development :
Provide training and coaching to staff on Lean principles, process improvements, and best practices.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and supporting employee involvement in process enhancement initiatives.Standardization & Documentation :
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practice guidelines to ensure consistency across operations.Ensure that improvements are documented and shared with relevant teams for adoption.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support :
Work closely with production, quality, supply chain, and other departments to align improvement efforts with overall business goals.Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure that process improvements are integrated smoothly into day-to-day operations.Sustainability & Cost Reduction :
Focus on identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve resource utilization, and enhance the sustainability of operations.Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to ensure long-term success and sustainability of improvements.Education and Experience :
Strong Background in Distribution.Engineering background preferredLean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Automation expertise are a must.3PL experienceMaster's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and industrial engineering (At least 8 years preferred).Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.) and process mapping techniques.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Experience with project management, change management, and leading cross-functional teams.Experience with developing best practices and environments for automation to work.Expertise in procuring automation and vendor selection including the implementation and startup of these solutions.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation technologies.Salary Description
