Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Leader in hiring, training, and managing new team members.
- Coordinate daily workflow and provide direction to the team.
- Support employment actions, including discipline and termination of team members.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
