We’re looking for a highly motivated and team-focused Recruiter Specialist who can support the growth of our business by attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. This role will also focus on building strong talent pipelines, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
The Recruiter will be focused on recruiting professional, technical, and leadership positions. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits and interviews for professional, technical, and leadership positions
- Proactively recruits for positions by sourcing candidates.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Collaborates with recruiting and hiring teams to identify talent.
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes using recruitment platforms.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interviews.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience recruiting positions
- Experience proactively recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or similar software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma required
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
