Glint Carwash Team Member Job Description

The Glint Carwash Team Member is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while working at the car wash location. This role requires a fun and energetic individual who can interact with customers in a kind and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the location, maintain awareness of services provided by Glint Car Wash, and explain services to customers.
• Cashiering: Ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift.
• Marketing: Hold advertising signs, perform other marketing-related functions, and use sales membership pitch when interacting with new customers.
• Product Sales: Sell additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer.
• Maintenance: Maintain housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities, including driveways, restrooms, and car wash equipment.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to smile and maintain a clean appearance.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Availability: Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment:

The Team Member will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The physical demands of this role include constant motion, lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
