Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the Central Texas locations you want to work in. We do cleans as far south as Round Rock to as far up north as Temple & Little River Academy. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. Quick Reaction Crew LLC was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Handle carpet cleaning duties using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and odors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial work or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitization practices to promote health and safety within homes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
