In this role, you’ll help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines, supporting team communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines and deliverables
- Support communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager
- Organize and attend project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and accountability
- Help coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are met
- Use tools like Excel, Trello, or Microsoft Project to organize and manage tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of project coordination, (construction or restoration project-related)
- Experience working with teams in construction
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project tracking platforms
- Ability to multitask and support multiple projects at once
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
