Job Summary:
Quick & Right Roofing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves generating leads, providing roofing consultations, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments, providing accurate and honest evaluations.
- Educate homeowners and businesses on roofing services, materials, and processes.
- Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and financing options to potential clients.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job execution.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after project completion.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials and systems (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders for roof inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
