What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Consultant position at Quick Roofing?
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through D2D lead generation.
- Contact customer leads through cold calling.
- Delivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Maintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers.
- Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule
Job Requirements:
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
- Sales experience a plus.
