Position Overview:
As a member of the Popeyes family, you'll be part of a dynamic team where you’ll gain valuable skills and experience while providing amazing service to our guests. Whether you're cooking up our famous chicken, serving up delicious sides, or providing excellent customer service, your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and delicious experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and serve guests with a smile, ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
- Food Prep & Cooking: Assist in preparing and cooking our delicious chicken, sides, and other menu items following Popeyes' recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including dining areas and kitchen.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions and handle cash with care.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow food safety regulations and company policies to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Food & Service: A love for great food and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and ready to help customers enjoy the Popeyes experience.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Prior is a plus but not required. We’ll train you!
