Job description :
- Assist customer in supporting the review of mission, functions, process and integration.
- Assist in customer in developing course of action and plans of specific priorities and efforts that integrate goals and objectives of each effort into one cohesive direction.
- Assist in providing a full spectrum organization design and integration between custom with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop analytical methodologies to identify areas where customer can support mission requirements—with emphasis on Maritime Safety of Navigation.
- Provide facilitation support including identifying topics and speakers, designing & facilitating meetings, and documenting / tracking actions items.
- Assist customer in providing change management support including communication and training.
