Job Title: High-Value Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Subject Matter Expert
Description:
This role requires a highly experienced professional with expertise in HUMINT operations, collection management, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, or Combatant Command.
The selected individual will possess advanced knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT operations.
They will also have expert-level skill-sets in HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) and Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS).
A strong academic background and formal training in Middle Eastern and North African regional culture/sociology or multiple combat support deployments to United States Central Command (CENTCOM) or United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information to assist in solving difficult HUMINT and ASO/MSO issues.
- Evaluate, protect, and disseminate raw intelligence to bridge the middle ground between operations and tactical analysis.
- Assess HUMINT operations risk and recommend appropriate procedural changes as required.
