Job description :

Technical analysis, reverse engineering, development, prototyping and fabrication of integrated circuits, packaging and packing materials for the same.

  • Oversee studies and development projects and provide technical recommendations to the government.
  • Investigate technical questions and provide advisement and analysis on as needed basis.
  • Conduct administrative and managerial activities necessary to ensure compliance with security, resource management, and other administrative contractual requirements.

Development and Fabrication responsibilities :

  • Digital, analog, radio frequency (RF), and mixed signal microelectronics design, production-representative prototype fabrication and testing, including development, fabrication, and testing of production tooling for same.
  • Development of techniques, tooling, and materials to enable reproduction of reverse engineered packaging materials, packages, and tooling and techniques for packaging microelectronics.
  • Travel is required
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Someone with experience reverse engineering microchips - hardware (integrated circuits), not firmware.
  • Preferably with experience working in one of the University Affiliated Research Centers or at one of the National Laboratories.
  • Target salary is between $250-$290K.
