Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specilaist to oversee and enhance our logistics operations for several active medical accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Order and Phlebotomy dispatching processes, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of collection services. This role requires a strong understanding of Phlebotomy management systems and medical logistics to support our growing account needs.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate all logistics activities, including shipping, and Dr's order fulfillment.
- Oversee Spreadsheet processes to ensure efficient collection date and retrieval.
- Develope efficient routing plans and schedules.
- Supervise phlebotomists and specimen collectors to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with accounts to ensure effective distribution of physician orders.
- Address account complaints and find solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the logistics department.
- Train and develop phlebotomy and specimen collector staff adhering to company policy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics management, account management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of dispatching and account manager processes.
- Familiarity with Excell management systems and logistics is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
