Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, and surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks, including sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Manage housekeeping responsibilities such as laundry, ironing, and organizing items as needed.
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
- Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in cooking or meal preparation is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
