Summary
Maintain & Control Current Business Seek New BusinessOpportunities Provide Customer Service Inventory Management OrderManagement Delivery Monitoring A / R collection support. Qualityissue support
EssentialDuties
- Providecustomer service sales correspondence site visits meetingminutes.
- Provide effective telephone& written communication with internal customers externalcustomers suppliers brokers freight forwarders.
- Generate quotations perform calculations &markups negotiate pricing with customer and / or supplier verifyprice on customer PO resolve pricing issues with customers& suppliers.
- Review and verifycustomer PO and / or forecast and generate purchase orders based uponcustomer PO or forecast.
- Responsible toensure proper inventory level based on target safety stock& lead times is maintained; Monitor incoming &outgoing shipments monitor container status ensure delivery controlto customer.
- Issue RMA numbers resolverejected & damaged parts with customer supplier and / oroperation. Process insurance claims as needed.
- Calculate and prepare budget for parts sales &gross profit.
- Analyze monthly sales& gross profit numbers and provide reasons forvariance.
- Analyze customer AR Aging &support collection of AR.
- Analyze monitor& resolve Inventory Aging.
- Provideexplanations for management report.
- Provideinformation for compliance related issues. Resolve issues with USCustoms coordinate for classification of HTS codes and asneeded
- Monitoring available credit researchcustomer’s financial status periodically and request toadjust credit limit
- Seek for new businessopportunities
- Support other sales &administrative staff
- Assist with otherprojects / duties / reporting as needed

Qualifications
COMPUTERSKILLS
Proficient level of understanding anduse of business software required in the performance of positionresponsibilities to include but not limited to : Microsoft Office(Excel Word Power Point Outlook) and / or the ability to use thisunderstanding to master specific software with training
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Abilityto read write legibly and comprehend simple instructions shortcorrespondence and memos. Ability to effectively presentinformation in oneonone and small group situations to customersclients and other employees of the organization.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills necessary to convey informationinstructions ideas and / or recommendations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability tocalculate figures and amounts such as discounts interestproportions percentage area circumference and volume. Have a stronggrasp of basic accounting principles and their application toeveryday business Knowledgeable in annual budgeting processes andsystems
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understandingto carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagramform. Ability to deal with problems involving several concretevariables in standardized situations.
Ability to apply judgement inbusiness situations.
