Interpreter & Business Communications Strategy
Summary】
A Japanese entertainment company is seeking an Interpreter & Business Communications Strategist.
This position will play an important in supporting the company in all aspects of the business to make sure everything runs smoothly. The individual will be responsible for facilitating special projects / task within the field (sales, marketing, licensing, production, business development, etc.) by communicating / coordinating with all stake holders. This position will also require the individual to manage tasks, schedule and conduct research, and compile the information for executive reviews and presentations.
Essential Duties】
- Play the role of translator / interpreter for meetings with HQ Executives and Development Teams
- Translate documents and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa
- Facilitate communications within various departments within the US office and overseas offices
- Manage day to day administrative duties
- Conduct research
Working Hours, Working style】
9 : 30-17 : 30 or 9 : 00-17 : 00
Flex 37.5hr a week
Core Time 10 : 00~15 : 00
