【Position】
Household Goods Coordinator
【Responsibilities】
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.
- Customer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move
- Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required
- Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer’s goods
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team
- Ability to carefully pack and deliver belongings
- General business support function as assigned
- Bilingual English/Japanese (read, write and speak)
【Working Hours, Working style】
8:00-17:00

$20-22/h (Temp to Hire)
【Qualifications】
- Bilingual English/ Japanese; ability to read, write & speak English and Japanese
- Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to clearly communication directions to the driver and moving team
- Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work outside in the elements ( Rain, snow, cold, heat)
