Office Manager (Logistics Coordination & IT Support)
Summary
A sporting goods company is seeking an Office Manager to oversee logistics coordination, internal IT support, and office operations. This role acts as a liaison between office functions and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless order processing and internal workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in logistics and IT systems, and the ability to coordinate across departments to optimize operational efficiency.
Essential Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact between office operations and warehouse logistics.
- Oversee and coordinate order processing, inventory tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage ERP systems, including data maintenance for products, customers, and pricing.
- Provide internal IT support, including troubleshooting hardware / software issues and assisting with system deployments.
- Maintain and enhance EDI transaction flow, ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics and IT processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse policies, and company standards.
- Train staff on logistics processes, IT support functions, and operational best practices.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize stock levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Working Hours, Working style
Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 - 17 : 00
On-site role with occasional coordination between warehouse and office teams

60K - 70K DOE
