Summary
A leading trading company specializing in factory automation (FA) equipment is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative. This position will focus on order processing, customer support, and internal coordination with the sales and engineering teams. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growing U.S. operations by providing efficient, bilingual support to clients and internal teams.
Essential Duties
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments
- Communicate with clients primarily via email, occasionally by phone
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and support requests
- Work closely with outside sales, engineering, and logistics teams
- Perform data entry and manage records using ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for customers
- Support basic shipping operations, including picking tasks when needed
Working Hours, Working Style
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-site work (no remote/hybrid option)
Working Location
- Lexington, KY
Salary/Benefit
- Annual salary: $35,000–$49,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus: Twice a year (March and August), typically around 10% of base salary depending on company performance

Qualifications

- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
