Essential Duties:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations
- Operate and maintain forklifts
- Manage inventory using QWeb (Quest Web) and CargoWise 2025 systems
- Lead and mentor team members, including supervising six team leaders
- Ensure workplace safety and recommend improvements
- Manage daily schedules and workforce allocation
- Implement processes to ensure quality and inventory accuracy
Working Hours, Working Style:
- Shift-based schedule:
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Working Location:
- Talmo, GA
Salary/Benefits:
- Annual salary: $50,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

- Vacation days based on tenure:
- 1-2 years: 5 days

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Valid forklift certification required
- Experience with QWeb and CargoWise 2025 is preferred
- Management experience is preferred but not required (candidates without it may be considered for a Sub-Leader role)
- Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
