As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Expand Account Executive to join our team and help us scale our efforts in driving revenue through existing customer expansion.
Position Overview : The Expand Account Executive will play a critical role in FastField’s growth strategy by building pipeline within our existing customer base, closing expansion opportunities, creating repeatable sales processes, and working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and relationship management to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Pipeline Development :
- Identify and qualify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Leverage tools, data, and customer insights to proactively engage customers and uncover additional business needs.
- Partner with marketing to create and execute targeted campaigns to drive expansion opportunities.
- Closing Deals :
- Manage the entire sales process, from discovery to negotiation to close, ensuring timely and successful deal execution.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Process Development :
- Develop and refine repeatable processes and playbooks for identifying, engaging, and closing expansion opportunities.
- Document and share best practices with the broader sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer goals, feedback, and strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for feature adoption and additional use cases.
- Partner with leadership to provide insights into customer trends and advocate for resources needed to support expansion.
- Customer Advocacy :
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock the full value of FastField’s solutions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing challenges and coordinating support as needed.
