Inside Sales Representative (Base Ramp-up Bonus Commissions!!)

  • Location: Irvine, CA (off the 5 Fwy near the Marketplace Shopping Center)
  • Onsite 100%, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Base Hourly Pay $23.08/hour ($48,000/annual) Ramp-up Bonus of up to $3,500/month during first 3-months of Training Commissions Immediately While Training
  • 1st Year Sales Representatives Earning Potential: $60,000-100,000

  • Sales Training Class starts April 1st

QuickBridge is looking for eager, energetic, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our accomplished and growing team! Our inside sales environment offers a great opportunity to learn while you work and begin receiving your commissions immediately while training.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, support and build strong customer relationships by thoroughly understanding customers’ needs and matching those with business funding solution provided by Company.
  • Continuously convey value and benefit of Company product/service
  • Perform a high volume of calls along with written communication to clients and diligently follow up on leads
  • Gather documentation, facilitate loan process and manage multiple accounts in various stages of the cycle

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience (inside phone/intangibles preferred)
  • Proven top-performer with experience in consultative value-based selling
  • Reliable and accountable; shown desire to exceed sales goals
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication; Proficient use of MS Office Suite
  • Organized and efficient to navigate between numerous tasks and responsibilities easily
  • Must be willing to learn, be coachable, and want to make money!
